Life coaching is all about feeling better. It's a way of gently observing and working through the beliefs and thought patterns that makes us not feel good, that limit us, that keep us stuck in our pain or disappointment. It's all about finding happiness and having the tools to consistently return to it.

I turned to Life Coaching during a time in my life when I exited a toxic professional situation with extreme burnout, I experienced painful family trauma and I lost someone I cared about deeply to suicide - all inside of 60 days.

While I was not yet in a place personally where I could talk about it (even to a therapist), I wanted to feel better...I *needed* to feel better. So I turned to studying the principles of life coaching.

I took a training program so that I could work through the principles and exercises for myself and while that program came with a certification, I didn't actually plan to become a coach.

At that time I was consulting for businesses and working a lot on strategy and advisement to help clients with revenue growth. I was feeling more and more drawn to coaching because I wanted very much to help other women change their ability to feel better the way I was learning to change mine.

Business coaching was increasingly on my radar and I decided to start coaching in addition to consulting.

I loved Business Coaching and realized I was doing a lot of Life Coaching inside those containers. The only difference was that the women I helped all happened to be entrepreneurs with business related goals.


Over time it became clear to me that I was born to do this work and wanted to help women feel better and make their dreams come true - regardless of whether they felt called to entrepreneurship or not. That's why I now offer life coaching in addition to the mentor-ship and business coaching side of my company.

My clients often express how much better they feel after even the first session. It's not uncommon for me to get heartfelt thank you emails even after discovery calls. Coaching with me works.
